Hired this team to be my Airbnb cleaning service for my 6 properties in Reunion Resort. Love working with John, Yaya, Maria, and Carmen. The handyman is also extremely knowledgeable, only downside is they are pretty booked out maintenance wise. Guests are happy, so I’m happy. I recommend them to anyone looking for new Airbnb cleaning services - give them a shot!

Cleaning is on the pricier side for an Airbnb cleaning service which is expected in this environment with “now hiring” signs all over the places. You get what you pay for though, my house in Tampa looks and smells so clean when they leave. I have a small 4 bed and I pay $145. Great group of people love having them as my Airbnb cleaners.

I own several vacation rentals in Windsor at Westside and Solana and my old cleaning company did not do the best job. I hired this company to clean my airbnbs and they have never let me down. Sometimes we receive a picky guest or two, but I am confident this team has my back. Super responsive and would recommend to anyone who needs a new airbnb cleaning service

Just bought first short-term rental last year in Kissimmee and I live out of state. John has been very responsive and helpful with all questions I have being new in the business. He goes out of his way to help and make sure things run smoothly. When things need attending to he takes care of it in a swift manner. VHH also has a great cleaning service that is always there same day as check out. I would recommend their service to anyone in the short-term rental industry.

Absolutely amazing! Love their service. I’m always on the road, so it’s hard for me to be near my condo. They clean, refill my soaps and shampoos, deal with the guests if the guests need something, keep me up to date if something needs to be replaced or fixed, punctual if I have a question, fixed minor damages, and sprayed my condo for pest control. I’ve had to call them several times because guests had issues, and they were so attentive and quick to react. One guest had an issue with a controller not working, and vacation home went out to buy one and deliver to the guest. I couldn’t ask for a better service!

I stood at a property in Reunion Resort. The property was a very immaculate 9 bedroom and I had an issue with my appliance and the movie theater. I spoke to John and to Yaya, the owner’s cleaning service for this AirBnB. They were very courteous and sent someone out within 40 minutes! The tech Angel who came by was very funny and we had a great conversation. He promptly fixed the issue. The home was overall very clean and well maintained. I am reviewing this company because it’s very rare to find a company where everyone you speak to cares about you so much. Great service, hope they grow into over areas..

You will not find a better company to use for a fast turnover for a short-term rental property! Our Airbnb reviews from guests consistently give a 5 star rating for cleanliness. We have contacted Vacation Home Help for assistance with general maintenance, and they are always prompt in assisting us. Vacation Home Help is a great company. The owner John is incredibly responsive. You would not believe the lengths he will go to help with your property. If you've run businesses in Florida for any length of time, you know you have to deal with lots of knuckleheads and transient people when looking for companies to hire. To find a reliable vendor like this in Orlando is a huge help and frankly not easy to find.

Have been cleaning my short term rental for about 6 months and they've been great to work with. Quick response and go above and beyond. They have additional welcome packages for purchase, wine, snacks, water bottles, etc. Send before and after pictures. Has notified me on guest damages or anything off around the house (too hot, possible plumbing issues, etc)

My wife and I own a town home in Emerald Island Resort in Kissimmee, FL. After meeting John, the owner in April 2018, we were convinced we could manage the property ourselves and entrust cleaning and onsite service to Vacation Home Help. The most important quality to us was that our property would be clean and ready for our guest's arrival. Vacation Home Help has never let us down. We have had many guests in their reviews on HomeAway comment on the cleanliness of our home. So we have been thrilled with the cleaning crew John has been providing. It is nice not worrying about the property being nice and clean for guests. Vacation Home Help is very timely on our turnaround days by getting in when guests leave at 10 AM and having it ready for check in at 4 PM. Being in New Mexico, we have had to rely on John taking care of items that we could not, like recommending plumbers and AC service people (very good companies that come out quickly and reasonable prices as well). He also has had to go pick up and replace a TV that quit working while guests were in our property. John's prices are very reasonable as well.I am very glad we discovered Vacation Home Help and the owner, John. I recommended Vacation Home Help to another owner I met while visiting our property who was unhappy with his cleaners.
