Our house cleaning pricing depends on a few factors. We determine the price of your cleaning by:

- Laundry Required
- Square footage (good rule of thumb is 6.75 cents a square foot)

- Extras, if any
Our minimum cleaning fee is $100.
We do have a $100 minimum cleaning fee. That means, we do not clean any space for less than $100. Why? Factor in labor costs, supplies, chemicals, and 2-5 hours of time involved - we have a $100 minimum to cover our cost of doing business so we can do a high quality job for you. Although you may find a cheaper price, the quality will not be 5-star, what your guests deserve. Don't skimp on your house cleaning costs, get the job done right.

Cleaning is on the pricier side for an Airbnb cleaning service which is expected in this environment with “now hiring” signs all over the places. You get what you pay for though, my house in Tampa looks and smells so clean when they leave. I have a small 4 bed and I pay $145. Great group of people love having them as my Airbnb cleaners.

Absolutely amazing! Love their service. I’m always on the road, so it’s hard for me to be near my condo. They clean, refill my soaps and shampoos, deal with the guests if the guests need something, keep me up to date if something needs to be replaced or fixed, punctual if I have a question, fixed minor damages, and sprayed my condo for pest control. I’ve had to call them several times because guests had issues, and they were so attentive and quick to react. One guest had an issue with a controller not working, and vacation home went out to buy one and deliver to the guest. I couldn’t ask for a better service!
