Hired this team to be my Airbnb cleaning service for my 6 properties in Reunion Resort. Love working with John, Yaya, Maria, and Carmen. The handyman is also extremely knowledgeable, only downside is they are pretty booked out maintenance wise. Guests are happy, so I’m happy. Cleaning is on the pricier side for an Airbnb cleaning service which is expected in this environment with “now hiring” signs all over the places. You get what you pay for though, my house in Tampa looks and smells so clean when they leave. I have a small 4 bed and I pay $145. Great group of people love having them as my Airbnb cleaners.

Absolutely amazing! Love their service. I’m always on the road, so it’s hard for me to be near my condo. They clean, refill my soaps and shampoos, deal with the guests if the guests need something, keep me up to date if something needs to be replaced or fixed, punctual if I have a question, fixed minor damages, and sprayed my condo for pest control. I’ve had to call them several times because guests had issues, and they were so attentive and quick to react. One guest had an issue with a controller not working, and vacation home went out to buy one and deliver to the guest. I couldn’t ask for a better service!

I stood at a property in Reunion Resort. The property was a very immaculate 9 bedroom and I had an issue with my appliance and the movie theater. I spoke to John and to Yaya, the owner’s cleaning service for this AirBnB. They were very courteous and sent someone out within 40 minutes! The tech Angel who came by was very funny and we had a great conversation. He promptly fixed the issue. The home was overall very clean and well maintained.
