Visits beyond what’s included in your monthly membership are billed at the published rates below. These rates apply to every Property Care member equally — we do not negotiate. Service rates cover labor only; parts and materials are billed separately at cost. Repairs require a 50% deposit before dispatch with the balance due upon completion.
Most non-emergency issues — flickering bulbs, slow drains, loose furniture, dead remotes — can wait until the next business day. Your account manager will triage every guest call and recommend the most cost-effective path.
