Visits beyond what’s included in your monthly membership are billed at the published rates below. These rates apply to every Property Care member equally — we do not negotiate. Service rates cover labor only; parts and materials are billed separately at cost. Repairs require a 50% deposit before dispatch with the balance due upon completion.
